Overview
We charge a once-off booking fee of BWP 600.00 for our services. (Regardless of how many places you visit or the numbers in your group). This booking fee is added to your final invoice so you only do one payment to us for all
your bookings and Service fee together. Please also note that all fees exclude park fees (contact us at
bookings@dustymoontravel.com for more information.) (So, it’s best to let us book as much as you need!)
We check availability for you based on your proposed route and dates and once you give us the go-ahead, we will book and secure the campsites and gather all paperwork from the operators. After we have secured all the documentation
(bear with us at this stage, it takes us a few days to gather these) we then send you an invoice.
We require a 50% deposit or full payment (depending on your dates of travel) within 2 weeks to secure all the bookings. (Please read our Terms & Conditions for the cancellation policy) Final payment is due 3 months before travel
so that we can pay the balances for all campsites/lodge/ and activity bookings. Once everything is paid in full, we will collect the booking Vouchers and email a set of copies to you. You need to print these documents out and bring
them with you on holiday.
Payments to us can be done by direct bank transfer ONLY.
Please note we have 2 bank accounts, PULA and DOLLAR account, kindly choose wisely when making payment so that we can be able to trace your payment on the right account.
